Acceptance
By using GaleraGames you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use GaleraGames, or 16 in the European Economic Area, or the minimum digital-consent age in your country. By using the site you confirm you meet this requirement.
The service
GaleraGames, operated by ACOLA LTDA. (CNPJ 41.405.285/0001-28), offers free online party games, with an optional ad-free pass available for purchase.
Your account
You start anonymously and may sign in with Google or an email link. Keep your access secure. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Acceptable use
Be respectful to other players. Do not abuse, disrupt, or overload the service, attempt to break its security, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Ad-free purchases
The ad-free pass is a one-time purchase that removes ads for a set period (for example, 72 hours). Prices are shown at checkout and may vary by region. Payment is handled by Stripe. When you host a game, everyone at your table plays ad-free for the duration of your pass.
Refunds
Ad-free passes are digital and take effect immediately, so they are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us and we will help.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GaleraGames is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above reflects the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes.
