We read everything. Whether something broke, a rule feels wrong, or you want a game we do not have yet, write to us at contact (at) galeragames.com.

Problems and bug reports

If a game misbehaved, a room would not load, or something on screen looks wrong, email contact (at) galeragames.com. Tell us which game, roughly when it happened, and what you were doing at the time. That is usually enough for us to track it down.

Game feedback and requests

Every game page has a feedback button that sends your notes to us with the game already attached. It is the quickest way to suggest a rule change, flag a confusing screen, or ask for a game we have not built yet.

Purchases

For anything to do with an ad-free pass, a charge you do not recognise, a pass that did not activate, or a refund question, email us with the date and the amount and we will sort it out.

Privacy requests

To ask what data we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to the same address. You can also delete your account yourself at any time in Settings, under Account.
